Upon special request by JM, I'd made Roast Beef (again) for our guest and other than having Baked Potatoes and Salad to accompany the beef, I'd tried out another recipe ... Mango Strawberry Bruschetta.
Personally, I like it this way compared to the usual tomato salsa topping. Maybe I have a sweet tooth and hence like this sweet topping but this is definately worth a try if you are bored with the salsa.
