Recipe - Beef Cubes with Red Wine

It is time to dig into my To-Try-Recipes collection as I've ran out of idea on what to cook. This time round, I'd decided to try this Beef Cubes with Red Wine recipe.


I guess beef and red wine will never go wrong but red wine in chinese style cooking ... 1st time I'm trying. Well, the dish turned out not that bad. In fact, it was quite nice. Only thing is that I think the red wine as per requested in the recipe is a wee bit too little. So, I added more instead.

This recipe worth trying especially you have a bottle of opened red wine chucked in your fridge.
