We were taught how to make Cream Cheese Butter Cake and how to decorate it with buttercream roses and foudant. We were taught how to pipe roses and use fondant to decorate the cake so the end product looks like a flower pot. It is really an interesting course I say.

Pretty right ^_^ I almost can't bear to cut the cake up hehehe. Gona try making this for Mother's Day this year.
