*woo* ... *ouch* ... *argh*
Those are the sounds I'd made 1st thing in the morning when I tried getting out of my bed. All thanks to 0 exercise in my lifestyle until I'd decided to give Pilate a try.
1st lesson started yesterday at Yew Tee CC. Mat work and stretching exercises really does work those lazy muscles and got them 'screaming' at me early this morning.
Still got 9 more lessons to go ... 加油!!!!
